Sutherland Global Services Infused Great Confidence

I was a layman before I joined Sutherland Global but the training program they made me undergo infused a confidence never known to me. The training program is specifically designed and not only caters to the operations on the floor but goes a long way in shaping up your personality. I owe a lot to the company. Whenever there are opportunities for sales they are picked up to further expand the operations of the company. But the main focus is on the tech support.

It’s unfortunate that Sutherland Global Services, a leading Business Process Outsourcing center that has changed the face of an economically depressed place like Windsor is being targeted by the media because of a handful of frustrated ex-employees who are settling their personal grudges. The company is being portrayed as a villain. I have been an employee of Sutherland Global Services since the company started its operations in Sutherland Windsor Canada, and I don’t have words to convey my gratitude to the company for its commendable work for people of that region. They offered great working opportunities and also trained us.

I differ altogether and whatever negative statements are being made are completely untrue. The company is alleged to have poor working conditions. From my personal experience I would like others to know the truth that wherever you go and work you won’t find a better place to work than Sutherland Windsor Canada. The enthusiasm on the floor keeps the work flowing smoothly. The team leaders keep on backing us up when ever we feel low and brings out best in us. I’ve worked for late hours and have been compensated for it suitably. It may be the case that sometimes there are delays in paying the bonuses but the company makes it a point to always pay them. The breaks in the middle of the work are refreshing enough to energize oneself.    

I just hope this mud slinging game gets over in the best joint interest of Sutherland Global and the employees. The defaulters should be dealt with strictly.
